We ship all orders with the shipping service provider DHL.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Please note that shipment tracking is usually only available from 6 p.m. on the day of shipment.

For orders from Switzerland we work together with the partner MeinEinkauf.ch.
This is how it works: First, register at MeinEinkauf.ch. You will then be assigned an individual email address with the ending @MeinEinkauf.ch. You can then use this email address to complete your purchase in our online shop. The delivery address is the delivery address of MeinEinkauf in Constance. Accordingly, you only incur the delivery costs for German delivery addresses. The costs for further processing via MeinEinkauf can be found in the price table of MeinEinkauf.
